Most visits happen within 24–48 hours after we receive your referral, so you get support when you need it most.
No. We don’t replace your primary care provider (PCP). We work alongside them. Our role is to make sure your transition home is safe, your medications are correct, and your home health team has what they need to start quickly.
Many PCP offices cannot accommodate same week appointments and are too busy oversee the administrative workload required for home health services. Our team steps in to bridge that gap and keep your PCP informed along the way.
Yes. Sanera Care is covered by Medicare Part B. We also accept HSA/FSA payments and offer a self-pay option. If paying out of pocket, we provide a superbill you can submit to insurance.
